Di sini ada yang punya pengalaman/memang knowledgable dalam copy & robot trading? Belakangan banyak ya apa emang udah dari dulu ada tapi baru nyampe ke gw nya baru2 ini soal bot trading yang “katanya” bukan money game. Gw lumayan familiar dengan money game dan ngerti dikit2 tentang Ponzi Scheme yang mereka terapkan, secara pacarnya temen baik gw udah pernah kena MIA, kena Fortune, kena GCG wkwkwkwk. Dan dari satu ke yang lainnya itu dia bukannya gak kapok sih, tapi memang katanya iseng aja. Mana tau kebagian yang lagi hoki masuk di waktu yang tepat hahaha tapi gk hoki2 udah 3 money game, sampe akhirnya dia pertama kali kenal sama bot trading Net 89 (“katanya” bukan money game loh). Kebetulan, it was a pleasant experience, Dia masukin awalnya dari puluhan juta, sampe ajak temen2nya masukin ratusan dan dalam waktu kurang lebih 1 tahun returnnya udah bisa balik modal ++. Gak berapa lama, karena udah mulai kebiasa sama cara-cara main ginian dia berasa rada seret pas mau withdraw, hingga akhirnya dia tarik semuanya (6 bulan lalu kayaknya). Yang gw tau Net masih lancar-lancar aja sih sampe sekarang, cuman emang kemarin itu ya dia parno aja kan sayang juga ya kalo duit segitu banyak ilang wkwkwk.
Nah jadi baru-baru ini tau sekarang ada yang namanya Unicorn, kurang ngerti gimana sih yang jelas yg gw tau adalah dari Unicorn mirip-mirip sama Net89 tapi bedanya kita cuma beli bot aja (kalo ga salah), bisa withdraw dan gak ada duit yang ketahan jadi bisa cabut kapanpun, dan bisa pilih broker sendiri.
Yang gw mau tanya: dari mulai Net 89 sampe Unicorn ini beneran trading gak sih? Hahaha karena sebetulnya temen gw udah nyadar juga kalo di saat bot nya lagi make a move tuh kadang posisi grafiknya gak real time. Kalo gak trading beneran, sama-sama aja money game dong ya?
Oh ya btw... Dia ngerti kok akan risknya, gw cuma mau make sure aja dan mau kepo aja apa pendapat orang-orang yang emang ngerti hahaha.

I want to get into live trading in the forex markets as I've been practising on a demo account for the past 8 months, mostly on the EUUSD, FTSE100 and GBP/USD, however I have blown every demo account I've made. I've gone through the classic, made good returns but then lost it all....I did set Stops however...Just bad trading choices. I don't want to have too many indicators on as I feel it just looks messy and can cloud the charts up, so was wondering if anyone had any advice for some who wants to use PA as a strategy and also any advice on becoming more of a consistent trader?

Recently there’s a heated debate around the topic of the buying power of 3000 USD and 3000 RMB in USA and China. And how the results are related to the daily life of each nation’s citizens. Thus, I am here to analyze the difference of buying power between 3000 USD and 3000 RMB.
First of all, the situation here is actually more complicated than one might think, 3000 USD as of current translates to 20758.50 RMB on forex. Which is why just simply straight up comparing the two isn’t by any means fair. A fairer topic of discussion would be the difference of buying power between the average citizen of the two nations. However, criticizing the topic doesn’t mean I won’t give this topic a fair analyzes.
What would life look like with 3000 USD in America and 3000 RMB in China?
Well, first of all we need to settle on a city for comparison, America have 50 states while China have 23 provinces. The prices change dramatically between city to city, state to state, province to province. Thus, for the sake of fair comparison, we will compare Shang Hai to New York. Both are the cities with the most amount of GDP per capita with in their nation. However, once again for the sake of fairness a note had to be made here, Shang Hai have a significantly larger population, and a much lower GDP per capita.
To make the comparison, I will make a budget living plan for both NYC and Shang Hai. The living plan will include health care, telephone bill, rent, food, electricity & hydro, and transport. The budget won’t include furniture or clothing as they aren’t something which is bought monthly.
New York:
- Housing (1,100$): According to renthop.com (https://www.renthop.com/average-rent-in/new-york-city-ny), the average 1 bed room rent ranges from 2650-3550dollamonth. According to rentcafe.com (https://www.rentcafe.com/average-rent-market-trends/us/ny/manhattan/), the average rent over all reaches a astonishing 4,208 dollamonth. Thus, to make a functional housing plan requires a bit more thought put into it.
After a bit of searching, I am able to find a 1,100-dollar living space, the downside being having to live with 3 other roommates. (https://www.apartments.com/common-robinson-new-york-ny/5r6bl3n/)
- Health care (500$): Unfortunately, I am denied access to the health care market place for New York city because of my non-New York IP. (https://info.nystateofhealth.ny.gov/) However, individual researches tells us that the average new yorker spends a 6,335$ on health care annually. So averagely the health care spending per month would be roughly 500$.
- Transport (127$): A unlimited monthly metro card in New York is 127.00$. (https://www.tripsavvy.com/new-york-city-subways-and-buses-1612185#:~:text=New%20York%20City%20subway%20fares,fare%2C%20which%20is%20half%20price.) However, it’s worth mentioning that the New York public transport system is know to be inefficient, dirty and overall problematic.
- Water & electricity (263.84$): So on average the newyorker spends 173.84$ on electricity (https://patch.com/new-york/larchmont/here-s-how-much-utilities-cost-new-york-residents)
Combining data from NYC government (https://www1.nyc.gov/site/dep/pay-my-bills/how-we-bill-you.page) and the average water usage of American house holds (http://www.keyportonline.com/content/4031/4050/4243/4371.aspx#:~:text=The%20average%20person%20uses%20from,2%2C430%20cubic%20feet%20per%20person.), the average cost of water will be around 90$.

- Food (750$): food cost ranges person to person, epically considering America’s insanely high diabetic rate of 36%. (https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2017/p0718-diabetes-report.html) Thus the cost of food is mostly up to estimations. (https://green-mart.us/product-category/beverages-mixers/) is a good place to start. After some calculation, if I were too cook myself, the average cost would be around 20$/day. While if I were to eat out all month, the price would in increased to 36$/day according to traveling websites. Thus, we take the average and get 25$ per day. 25X30 and we get 750$ spent on food.
The final cost would be 2815.84, which lefts us with 185 dollars for dealing with emergencies. We would be eating just fine. However, with this budget, one is stuck to living with 3 other roommates and having to use the terrible New York public transit every single day.
Shang Hai:
- Housing (1400$): Due to the large population base, we don’t have an exact number on the average rent. However, that won’t stop us from making a budgeted living plan by finding houses online for rental. And it’s also insanely close to the public transport system.
- Health Care (20$): The annual fee is around 250$ for health care in China.
- Transport (100$): Since the month pass got canaled, transport fee depends from person to person. Assuming we don’t work on the other side of the city, averagely 100$ would be spent per month.
- Water & electricity (200$): Judging from official numbers (https://www.sohu.com/a/296444679_667422)
The cost would be around 200$ maximumly for a single person.
- Communication(38$): you can get a cell phone plan for 18$ (https://zhidao.baidu.com/question/1767039690840279060.html) being generous we will go with the 38$ plan.
- Food (900$): Food cost in Shang Hai is a very hard number to measure. Assuming we are going full luxury, 900$ would get you covered for a month.
The total cost would end up around 2620$. With 380$ to spare. And not only do you get an entire apartment all to your self, you also get plenty of money left over to spend.
Now this comparison can be unfair due to the population of Shang Hai and New York, but it’s still astonishing how despite dollar being almost 7 times more valuable than yuan, yuan still holds just as much purchasing power in China. Not only do you get apartment all to yourself in Shang Hai (unlike newyork where you’ll end up with 3 room mates), you also save a lot more.

Hi, this is my first reddit post and I hope you can help me.
I have a cousin that is being lured by her HS best friend inyo joining FOREX trading. Being an ate, I want to make sure she is safe. I read in some articles kasi that FOREX trading isn't allowed in PH(?) bc of the SEC thinggy dated 2018 pa.
details:

1. at first she was just asked to be a "member" paying 1,000php only and she just needs to wait. I advised her to say no. I don't feel confident with the "antay ka lang tas papasok pera" schemes lol it just don't sit well with me hehe
   
2. after 1-2 wks, her friend said verbatim "change of plans, you can now be an account holder yourself"
   

3.this friend is posting on his IG stories and Twitter about him gaining 25,000php. even posted a photo of something that you'd usually see in forex trading naman(?)
question: is forex trading legal in PH? IF YES, are there companies/groups that handles this and with the abovementioned deets, does it sound legit? ALSO, I asked already what "company" handles his trading, but the only answer i got was "forex" i searched already in the internet but nothing came up except,... well definition of forex :(

Major mistake! So I only found out recently that VULs are a bad idea due to their high admin fees. However, I have already invested in three policies! Need advice on which policies to cancel, especially since I’m making a lot less this year due to a job change. Don’t get me wrong, my current salary could cover for all three, but I’d like to redirect my finances elsewhere (not sure pa where though, currently exploring forex trading, crypto, and stocks). “Let me start by sharing my first loss was with bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. It happened when the exchange closed with our funds. I didn’t even try to contact anyone or alert any authority.” The good news however is that people who have lost bitcoin, other crypto and any other kind of assets can now recover all they have lost bitcoin and crypto.
All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] to recover all lost or stolen bitcoin and crypto. These are the words of an intrepid crypto investor – one of many who responded to a tweet asking about the lack of recourse people face when their assets are stolen in a hack, exit scam or Ponzi scheme.
There’s as much as $10 billion in stolen crypto out there in the market, according to Pawel Kuskowski, CEO of blockchain sleuthing firm Coinfirm. And he wants to give victims a fighting chance at getting their funds back.
Exclusively revealed to Reddit, Coinfirm has teamed up with global investigations firm Kroll, a division of consulting firm Doff & Phelp. The joint initiative being launched is called ReclaimCrypto, and combines the latest blockchain forensic techniques with the more established world of legal investigation and asset recovery.
Kuskowski told Reddit:

“So far, there is no one place where victims can go and get help. It’s almost like they are pleading to get someone interested in their case. In the end, they have to work it out themselves; see about getting a lawyer, perhaps in some other jurisdiction.”

Figures on what is recoverable vary. For instance, CipherTrace, another analytics firm recently said some $4 billion in crypto has been lost this year. Kuskowski’s estimate includes historic (and as yet unresolved) events like Mt Gox, which in today’s money would account for about $1 billion.
Needless to say, Kuskowski and his team are not doing this only for the good of mankind – there are success fees levied on a case-by-case basis, he told CoinDesk, adding:
“Doing the market analysis for this product, we started by calculating the kind of top cases, where we know we could be successful and recover funds, which was about 200 cases.”
Those cases alone account for roughly $1.5 billion, Kuskowski added.

Coinfirm’s bread and butter is anti-money laundering (AML) within crypto networks, done by analyzing the history of transactions using various smarts and big-data analytics. Similar to the likes of Chainalysis and Elliptic, it works with 50 or so exchanges and has built up a large database in this area.
Coinfirm’s partner, Kroll, takes a more “traditional” approach, which might involve producing court orders to get an internet service provider to reveal details about an IP address, or using former FBI and CIA operatives to scour the dark web for activity involving stolen funds.
It should be pointed out that Kroll is not new to crypto: The firm worked with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last year in relation to fraudulent coin offerings. Kroll also tells CoinDesk it helped track down the perpetrators in Europe of $27.8 million bitcoin theft.
If loss victims so choose, Kroll can potentially line up third-party litigation funding. This means firms that provide specialized finance to the legal market, such as Burford Capital or Therium, will shoulder the cost of people’s litigation. For this, they take about 30 percent of the recovered funds and return the rest to the victims.
Benedict Hamilton, a managing director at Kroll, told CoinDesk:

“From a victim’s point of view, where the police have failed to recover that money, they are not having to spend anything to get something. And no one recovers funds on their behalf without their permission. It makes the whole economics of recovering stolen funds very different – which is very exciting.”

Referring to Coinfirm as “a torch shining on the blockchain,” Hamilton said this can be extended by Kroll into the murky depths of the dark web. Kroll Cyber runs a specialist darkweb unit out of Pittsburgh, Pa., which is overseen by Keith Wojcieszek, the former head of the criminal investigations unit of the U.S. Secret Service’s cyber division.
This operation crunches petabytes of dark web data from peer-to-peer sites, said Hamilton, adding:
“With the ReclaimCrypto initiative in mind we have have been able to repurpose it so we can go into that database with a wallet string and look for any identifiers that are associated with that wallet name – perhaps a conversation over the selling of stolen credit cards or someone offering criminal services and providing that wallet as an address.”
Follow the moneyHamilton explained that there are two paths that can be followed when it comes to a crypto investigation: figure out who did it or follow the money.
ReclaimCrypto’s objective here is asset recovery, first and foremost, since that’s what the client is paying for. But ultimately both paths lead to the same place, said Hamilton, adding:

“It is inconceivable that the investigative process would finish without us giving all the details to relevant law enforcement for them then to get the benefit of the work and lock the thieves up.”

The majority of ReclaimCrypto’s focus will be on bitcoin and ether, but will also cover XRP, BCH, LTC, NEO and DASH.
As for those who’ve had coins pilfered, some remain philosophical about it. “That’s life,” said the aforementioned investor, adding:

“It made me grow a lot and it’s part of my adventure in crypto.”

5 Ways to Recover Your Stolen or Lost Crypto
Cryptocurrency is generally considered to be secure, but sometimes things do happen. Even top traders have had cryptoassets lost or stolen and, until quite recently, it seemed like there was very little one could actually do about it. Thankfully, there are ways to get your cryptocurrency back. We’ll be looking at the best ways to recover your lost or stolen crypto, and how to avoid going through something so traumatic in the first place!
Act as quickly as possible
Benjamin Sauter, a partner at Kobre & Kim, a law and an expert in crypto theft cases, told Decrypt, “The quicker you can act, the better,”. The longer you wait to start tracing your crypto, the more time you give thieves to transfer your assets to cold storage, send them to sketchy exchanges, or to tumblers to mix them up. “The more sophisticated you are, and the less sophisticated the thieves are at laundering the assets, the better chance you have,” Sauter continued.
Legality
For the legal system to actually work in your favour, you’ll likely need to know who stole your cryptocurrency. While you may be able to freeze funds against a John Doe, it’ll be challenging. According to Marc Jones, a partner at Stewarts Law in the UK, “In general, to enforce an order requiring fraudsters to pay damages or handover stolen property, ultimately you’ll need to know who they are.”
Thankfully, one of the many benefits of cryptocurrency is that you can see where the coins have gone. If they go through an exchange, you’ll most likely be able to find out who the wallet holder is thanks to the KYC process. From there, you can get a court order to reveal the thief’s identity and recover your stolen crypto.
Recovering lost crypto from a cold wallet
Cold wallets are offline wallets that are designed for storing cryptocurrencies. With cold storage, the digital wallet is stored on a platform without internet connectivity. This protects the wallet from cyber hacks, unauthorized access, and other vulnerabilities that could be exploited if they were connected to the internet.
There are a number of different ways that you can recover from cold wallets:

• Encrypted Devices: Encrypted phones and laptops work like cold wallets, so that you can safely store and access your private key information. Like cold wallets, you can retrieve lost information through professional help.
• Paper Wallets: If you have a paper wallet, consider storing it in a vault or safety deposit box. That way, you’ll literally have a physical backup of your key information.
• Pen Drives/Hard Drives: While this is a very secure way to store your coins, retrieving your data from them should they be damaged or corrupted is a timely and expensive process.

As we all know, the pandemic greatly affected our educational system, lahat naka online na. Problem is, I know sa sarili ko na di ako matututo with online classes pero I am worrying about getting left out, not graduating the same time as my batchmates. Pero this quarantine opened my eyes to lots of great opportunities. I learned about (mostly the basics) stocks, uitfs, vuls, reits, real estate investment, forex, mutual funds, dropshipping, outsourcing, and anything that concerns money.
Back story lang tungkol sakin
Di ako lumaki sa isang mayaman na pamilya so everytime I wanted something, I had to work for it kaya as a small kid, natuto ako magbenta ng gawa kong cake to buy myself the pair of shoes na I want haha. I was able to build a tshirt printing business din at age 13 pero wala pa akong alam noon sa investing, bumibili lang ako ng concert tickets palagi. Now, I'm about to launch my third business. I'm just 17 years old and I plan to retire by 28, plan is to diversify my investments to have passive income for the rest of my life(syempre I'll have emergency funds palagi). Pero ngayon, I don't know if I should take this big step of not going to college then using that money for investments? I know the money is big enough for me to get a good investment. My concern is, Maybe I'm going too fast with my life? What should I do?

Hi, may nakikita akong questions about investing/trading and some about trading mentors/gurus societies etc.
This is my opinion depende na sa inyo kung susundin nyo.
ZFT - Zeefreaks tribe,
First, i do respect "Zee" as a trader,his "tribe" teaches or mentors their students using their system to become their own. Generally, Darvas Box, MAs 20 50 100 and RSI are their weapons but mainly its the Price Action and RSI ang parang laman talaga ng System nila and you can only get better through time as with other systems in general. I think they are good, but yun na nga, just good.
Problem:
They charge you with a hefty sum na i don't think na ma jujustify nila, because at the end of the day more or less its you ( along with practice) and your psychology that can help you along the way. Okay, may Trading psych coach daw sila , si Ma'am Celeste (Zee's Gf) pero overtime you will learn about yourself in the process naman.
Zee is justifying the hefty fee because sabi nya before if im not mistaken na the clients are not paying the mentoring alone pero along with it yung "CULTURE" ng ZFT. I say, bullshit. Di nga nya alam na may mga ZFT "mentors" na that are mentoring other people without his knowledge and charging them less but still a very hefty fee. hehe Akala nya wala na pero meron pa, magaling lang talaga magtago.

T3 ( The Tattooed Trader)- well, this guy is LEGIT. He trades international markets too not just PSEI. Reasonable Fee. Good guy,prangka din. He doesnt tolerate Bullshit. He wont try to impose his system sayo but instead encourages you to go with the process. That's it.

Gandah Koh ( Trader's Lounge) - He/She provides free content daw. Yes, FREE content pero at the same time sinasabi nya that he/she is just an average trader. Kicks people who patronizes paid mentorship / who belong sa paid mentorship or kahit magtanong ka man lang ng about paid mentorship rage mode na agad tapos kick na agad. Yung mga followers nya ayaw lang talaga gumastos to learn premium content. Biruin nyo? gusto maging free yung investa? lol.
Ironic, why? kasi sabi nya average trader lang daw sya but he/she shuts off people who would want to learn from those who are better than her. To all hehis followers, Eto po tanong ko.

BOH- Superb! yung mga quant models nila ay one of the best if not the best. Very technical and systematic yung BOH and their team ay may credentials to back it up. Yung Fee ay affordable, kayang kaya ng ordinary working people.
Oakbridge (DAVAO)- not much information about them kasi tahimik lang sila ,but what i know is that bigatin yung mentors dun but apart from that i don't know much kaya i can't say anything more.
Bigote (bigote trading financial advocacy) - Eto yung free content na LEGIT. One of the best people i know, he is a caylum trading institute alumni. Eto, you use his system plus master price action.
Open journal by Javi Medina, Matt flores, Ken Arcano - If you dig Elliot wave then they are the guys you want to learn from, the information they provide are all backtested, no guess works just pure juicy contents day in and day out.

Kung ako lang, id go with

1. Read the trading code by jason cam.
2. Download any price action videos/books . Ex. Steve nison books
3. Try out Bigote's framework or enroll with any one of those services , but i would recommend open journal, BOH, T3 or caylum. If you want ZFT or kidlat then go for it.

At the end of the day, stick with one system , be patient, dont shortcut the process, master one setup at a time and improve your trading psychology. I dont want to spread hate, just spitting out my opinion.

Was just wondering what your opinions are on when USD forex will go back to pre covid levels.
